Group Therapy Offerings: May 2025

The Chrysalis Center, LLC is launching a series of virtual/online collectives! The first is Liberated Love, a two-part group experience focused on helping women heal from the inner-child wounds that keep them from freely loving themselves and others.

Liberated Love is crafted for daughters who have experienced complex mother-daughter relationships laden with issues like narcissism and attachment trauma and who now struggle with loving and valuing their authentic selves. If you are seeking a supportive space to begin healing from emotionally-immature mothering, join us for this collective.

Liberated Love is for you if:

• You’ve had a deep sense that your relationship with your mother or mother figure is/was somehow “off”, unhealthy, or different than you’d expected a mother-daughter dynamic to be.
• You are ready to acknowledge family-of-origin experiences with childhood trauma and to explore their impact on your life and relationships.
• You are curious about how emotionally-immature mothering affects your view of self-worth, achievement, and love dynamics.
• You are interested in unraveling the inherited internal messages that may be influencing your sense of self and relationships.
• You are open to sitting with emotions such as sadness and anger as part of your healing journey.
• You are willing to explore (co)dependency patterns and their influence on your interpersonal relationships.
• You are seeking to understand and apply the concepts of healthy boundaries and reciprocal love in your life and relationships.

Through deep introspection and shared exploration, this collective aims to help you identify the unique challenges of growing up as a daughter of an emotionally-immature mother so that you can embody the spirit of a grown woman who navigates them with self-acceptance, compassion, and authentic love for self.

Registration

Collectives are limited to eight (8) participants and are open to clients living in the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Washington.

Liberated Love - Part I is a six-week experience* intended to begin in mid-May 2025 (final details to be announced).

• The cost of this experience is $300.
  • A $150 deposit is required by April 30th to hold a spot during the screening process (tentatively scheduled for May 1st through May 16th).
    • Interested parties who are screened out of participation for clinical reasons will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • The remaining balance is due 24 hours after confirming participation.
    • Participation may be confirmed during the screening session or afterwards via email invitation.
